Cannot find rats in Florida- please help!!?

Question: I looked online shelters, pet shops, riding jackets, do not find (I found some rats, but they said they were the owners of the experience)! I have only found one online Rattery, and I sent a long drive adoption long ago and never had anything back.

I have a Jack Russell Terrier and a Rat Terrier. Both the pocket Lank trifle that sticks to everything, and they cobwebs for the shallow part of our long and peaceful.
