Is there no entry level or middle ground to working out/eating right/getting fit?
Question: I mean, basically, to start building some muscle and endurance and passion out a little fat (I'm not really fat but I feel I have neglected my body by not much), but everywhere I look people in moral way too hardcore and it psyches me.
