For people who use fleece instead of shavings and carefresh...I have a chinchilla-also does he pee 2 much?

Question: I deserved power a week ago to mow the back of my chinchilla cage, instead of chips. Carefresh scares me because if they ingest it, it may be blocking agent and fatal, I will not use it, do not suggest to go with it.

Answer: I went from wood chips to strip and ended up changing back about 2 months later because I did not like the tennis shirts, fleece, although I have changed often (every 2-3 days).
