Would this be a good set-up for a 5 gallon aquarium?

Question: For a betta, I'm hungry for a Mini-Bow 5 Aquarium Desktop, it has a filter and a hood with a light. I usually get for Aquarium Systems Visi-Therm 25 watt heating, and speaks 10 Tetra air pump. Is this correct?

Answer: It is a collaborative installation! You really can not do better then that for a single Betta. But let me highlight you look in Java Fern and more silk plants? I have a lot with my Betta and it does wonders for the quality of water and clean air too moderate.
