How to repair a LED ( moonlight) on Coralife Power Compact Aquarium light?

Question: I have a little power Coralife Aqualight Fluorescent and one of 2 small moonlight do not call. It's light that has 2x 96W Coralife 2 fires and moonlight.
The moonlight hatching or something else could be the problem?

Answer: I am sure it can be repaired if you're willing to put forth the effort.
