Aquarium Cloudiness?? Help? New 63 Gallon with Canister Filter?

Assist Anyone.. I righteous purchased a new 63 Gallon Aqua-Vim Lake Prospect Aquarium. I installed my decorations, Series 60 Divulge Air dilate, and a new foreign canister 3 pail pass water filter. I also added a douse dechloriantor.

Overnight I wake up to find my liberally in the aquarium from the word go cloudy and unclear. I checked the connections on the canister filter, they are charge, I also checked to see if my energize was blocked, all outstanding there. I’m not reliable what to do?
