Why has one of my 60ltre BIORB fish tanks got algae and the other has'nt?

Question: I have 2 aquariums biorb correspondent, purchased new that day treated the same, even plants, 5 goldfish in each - all Peacocks even volcanic rock each filled with tap water and even with two light LED magic. Why is it full of algae and the other isn't?
