Small Planted Aquarium question, ADA Aqua Soil?

Question: I've recently been looking at the site of a small aquarium planted. The only other thing I intend to neighborhoods with shrimp plants are my baby cherry (obviously add them when they are a wee more).

Answer: It is therefore a 14-liter tank, I am confused with a particle of light, is he one of those "bulbs U'shaped or is it two bulbs? If it is two, that the amount of 36 watts is about 2.5 watts per gallon. Both plants are far from requiring the light, if you're a little suspicious about power.
